The story of The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You follows the protagonist, Rentaro Aijo, who had confessed his love to 100 girls before graduating from middle school, only to be rejected by all of them. On the last day of his middle school, he encounters the God of Love at a shrine who reveals that Rentaro will meet 100 soulmates in high school (the deity accidentally put two more zeros).
On the first day of high school, Ren Taro meets the first two girls, Hakari Hanazono and Karane Inda, who both fall in love with him at first sight. Rentaro decides to date them both at the same time. As the story progresses, he will become involved in a multi-dimensional love relationship with an increasing number of girls.
