The Japanese manga series Oshi no Ko, created by Aka Akasaka, the author of Kaguya-sama: Love is War, and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, the artist behind Scum's Wish, has recently released its second trailer, key visual, and additional voice casts information. The ending theme song will be performed by Queen Bee and is titled "Mephisto". The anime is set to air in April 2023, with the first episode being 90 minutes long.

Oshi no Ko tells the story of gynecologist Goro Amemiya who was killed short after being tasked with the delivery of the twins of Ai Hoshino, a Japanese idol whom he admires. After he awakens, he finds himself reincarnated as one of Ai Hoshino's newborn twins, Aquamarine Hoshino.
