The Japanese manga series Undead Unluck, created by Yoshifumi Tozuka and serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, has recently released its main trailer for its upcoming TV anime adaptation. It was also confirmed that the opening song "01" will be performed by Queen Bee and is titled, while the ending song "know me..." will be performed by Kairi Yagi. The anime, produced by David Production, is set to begin airing on October 6.
The story of Undead Unluck revolves around Fuuko Izumo, a girl with the "Unluck" ability that will bring misfortune to those around her. Tired of causing misfortune to others, Fuuko decides to end her life. However, she encounters Andy, a boy with the "Undead" ability, who is also seeking to end his life as he is sick of his immortality. Despite their intentions, both Fuuko and Andy fail to die. Determined to die the best death possible, the two decide to work together. However, they soon discover that a mysterious organization is lurking in the shadows, seeking to exploit their peculiar abilities.
