During this morning's State of Play livestream, Kojima Productions not only revealed a brand-new trailer and details for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach but also announced a collaboration with Sony Interactive Entertainment to develop a new action espionage game titled PHYSINT. The game's production is expected to commence after the completion of the development work on Death Stranding 2.

According to Hideo Kojima's introduction, PHYSINT is a completely new IP that is both an action espionage game and a movie, which aims to "transcend the barriers between film and video games".
