During today's Summer Game Fest 2023, we were treated to an exciting glimpse of the gameplay for the highly anticipated Mortal Kombat 1. Developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games, this upcoming reboot of the beloved series introduces a fresh fighting system similar to tag-team mechanics. Players will have the opportunity to select a secondary fighter, also known as a Kameo, who can be summoned to deliver powerful combo attacks, enriching the game's combat experience with greater variety. The game is set for release on September 19 this year, arriving on Playstation 5 / Xbox Series / Nintendo Switch / PC platforms.
