《王国之心》系列登陆 PC 平台的作品分别包括了《Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix》、《Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue》、《Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind》以及《Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory》。
