Near the end of last year, Ubisoft announced that the upcoming Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown would release a demo on January 12. According to information from PlayStation Game Size, the demo is set to go live at 1 AM (GMT+8).
The PS4 version requires 12.03 GB of storage, while the PS5 version only needs 9.18 GB. However, it's worth noting that progress made in the demo won't carry over to the full version.
According to the official introduction, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an action-adventure platformer set in a fantastical Persian world. In this game, you will take on the role of Sargon and embark on an adventurous journey, utilizing your Time Power, combat, and platforming skills to engage in series of battles, defeating various enemies and experiencing classic parkour and puzzle-solving gameplay.
The game is scheduled to be officially released on January 18, available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will also be granted three days of early access.
