Square Enix has officially announced that from now until May 8, players who own the Final Fantasy XIV Starter Edition on Playstation 4&5 / PC platforms can receive the 4.0 expansion pack Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood for free.

The Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood expansion pack was released in June 2017 and mainly overhauled the combat system, increased the level cap to 70, introduced new map areas, new dungeons & raids, and two new classes, including the "Red Mage" and "Samurai". If you are a new player who has just joined or plan to join the game, make sure to claim the free expansion before it's too late.
