Following the release of the key visual a few days ago, Jujutsu Kaisen also released the first trailer for season 2 of the anime at the recently held Anime Japan 2023 event. Titled Jujutsu Kaisen: Kaigyoku/Gyokusetsu-hen ("Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death"), the anime will begin airing on July 6.

The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen, titled Hidden Inventory/Premature Death, centers around Gojo Satoru and Geto Suguru during their time in high school, telling the stories of the strongest duo. In addition, the trailer shows not only footage of the two characters but also glimpses of Riko Amanai, Toji Fushiguro, and others. It's worth noting that the second season will also include the Shibuya Incident Arc and will be a two-cours series.
