The Japanese manga series My New Boss Is Goofy, created by Dan Ichikawa, has officially announced its TV anime adaptation. Alongside the announcement, a trailer and details of the anime's voice cast and production team have been revealed. However, specific information about the broadcast date is yet to be disclosed.
The story of My New Boss Is Goofy revolves around Momose, who has been subjected to workplace bullying. Fed up with the situation, Momose decides to change jobs. However, the constant bullying has left him with psychological scars. On his first day at his new job, he is struck by an anxious stomach. Thinking that his boss would despise him and leave, Momose is surprised when his boss offers him painkillers, which unfortunately turn out to be for menstrual pain. Momose, who has suffered from workplace bullying, gradually finds solace and healing in this heartwarming story with his naturally clumsy new boss.
