The light novel series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, written by Fuse and later adapted into a manga series by Taiki Kawakami, has recently released the first trailer for its upcoming third season of anime adaptation. Season 3 is set to premiere in April 2024, following the pattern of two consecutive cours (a half-year broadcasting period).

According to Crunchyroll's description of the anime,

Corporate worker Mikami Satoru is stabbed by a random killer, and is reborn to an alternate world. But he turns out to be reborn a slime! Thrown into this new world with the name Rimuru, he begins his quest to create a world that’s welcoming to all races.
