本作《Digimon Survive》是一款生存模拟 RPG 游戏，故事讲述某天参加田野调查的少年、少女们突然闯入了数码宝贝的异世界，一个寂寥却让人感到怀念的地方，却也是有着从未见过的狂暴生物徘徊、伴随着生物危机的残酷世界。在这严峻的环境下，少年、少女们借助于途中遇见的奇妙怪兽力量，已返回原本的世界为目标展开冒险。
