由 Shikaku Games 以上海爱丽丝幻乐团旗下「东方Project」衍生作品《秘封俱乐部》为题材推出的视觉小说游戏《秘封碎片》宣布本作预定将在 2021 年推出，登陆 STEAM 平台，目前已经上架 Steam 商店版面， 并支援简体字幕。
本作是秘封俱乐部的二次创作视觉小说游戏，游戏中虽然有分歧点但不存在选项引导玩家走向其他剧情，而是根据故事中获得的“碎片”与玩家自身的智慧来发展游戏后续故事，并成功引导「宇佐见莲子」与「玛艾露贝莉·赫恩」的冒险，完成《莲台野夜行》的故事。
