Earlier, a Twitter use named SipSipStefen leaked screenshots of an alleged new simulation game in development by miHoYo, which gameplay and style appeared to bear some resemblance to Nintendo's Animal Crossing series. However, shortly after, the related posts were taken down.

Coincidentally, miHoYo released a statement yesterday stating that they have discovered unauthorized dissemination of undisclosed product information, as well as instances of private servers, cheats, and other infringements, which have harmed both miHoYo and the players' rights and interests. Therefore, the company have demanded that all individuals involved cease such activities, promising that they will take legal action to combat these behaviors.
