《DRAGON BALL SUPER: SUPER HERO》故事剧情主要是以孙悟空的儿子孙悟饭与比克两位展开，讲述早已被悟空毁灭的邪恶组织“红缎带军团”再度回归，神秘军团所创造出来的最强人造人“γ 1号”、“γ 2号”，自称是超级英雄而开始袭击悟饭等人，然而在悟饭与两人对战过程中，似乎还有更危险的反派即将登场。
