继不久前 SIE 收购 Bungie、Haven 等工作室之后，近日 SIE CEO Jim Ryan 在 PlayStation Podcast 表示未来还会持续不断的收购更多游戏工作室，加入 PlayStation Studios 的第一方大家庭。索尼在 2021 年总共收购了五家工作室，分别包括 Housemarque、Bluepoint、Firesprite、Nixxes Software、Valkyrie Entertainment 等，而今年也收购了 Bungie 以及 Haven 工作室，这些收购投资都可以为索尼带来成功和进入良性循环。
