Ubisoft 宣布旗下对应 Playstation 4 / Xbox One / PC 平台的动作冒险人气作品《Prince of Persia:The Sands of Time》将再次延期，从原先预定的 2021 年 3 月 18 日延期至未定。本作从去年 12 月开始宣布延期至 1 月 21 日，再从 1 月 21 日延期至 3 月 18 日，今日游戏再次延期至未定。
《Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time》重制版将让没接触过该系列或老玩家重新探索这段传奇故事，扮演波斯王子展开独特的冒险旅程，阻止强大的时之沙落入维齐尔手中以及拯救王国，玩家将需要掌握好时之沙，同时使用匕首来加速、冻结、减慢时间，并且解决眼前的难题。除此之外，游戏中的敌人角色模型、动作都进行了重新设计，因此玩家会有更不一样的游戏体验，还可以享受到全新的过场动画、配音、音效以及更逼真的图形、渲染等等。至于操作方面也完全按照当今的标志进行了重建和更新。
