万代南梦宫旗下的动作 RPG 游戏新作《Scarlet Nexus》今日已经正式发售，登陆 Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series X / PC 平台。顺带一提，这个全新的 IP 除了推出游戏以外，还将会 TV 动画化，由 SUNRISE 公司负责动画制作，预计今年夏季播映。
本作《Scarlet Nexus》背景设定在近未来世界，讲述着透过结合大脑和科学的技术革新，人类建立了新的文明。同时，异形般存在的「怪异」也追求着发达的人脑，长久以来不断威胁着人们的生活。为了对抗这群无法被普通兵器伤害的怪异，人类集结了能够发挥特殊超能力的人选，组成「怪异讨伐军」来保护人们的生活。另外，游戏中有着双主角路线玩法，可以游玩男女主角感受不同视角的故事发生。
