《这里，来自母星》故事背景设定在末日的池袋，由于不知名病毒的原因，在很久以前人类就已经遭到灭亡。故事描述某一天早上，六名女生在邮轮上醒来，她们只记得自己的名字以及来到池袋旅游的目的。在游戏中她们将互相帮助彼此，度过难关，同时缩进彼此之间的距离。
