本作故事剧情年代几乎与前代相同，主角依然是北条纱希（可以自己取名），其中游戏收录了「隙间女」、「人类炖菜」、「恶魔人偶」、「两面宿傩」等剧情内容，同时游戏系统以及基本操作也基本沿袭前作。
