Square Enix 旗下作品《Dragon Quest Builders 2》于今日透过 Microsoft Store 上显示本作预定将在 2021 年 5 月 4 日发售，登陆 Xbox Series X/S / Xbox One 平台以及 Window 10 商店，并表示本作将会登陆 Xbox Game Pass 主机端和 PC 端的阵容，同时该版本还包含原版后续推出的 DLC 内容，支援简繁中文。
《Dragon Quest Builders 2》是一款动作角色扮演的沙盒建造游戏，玩家将在游戏中扮演「建造师学徒」并透过自身创造方块的能力来拯救世界，本作最多支援 4 人同时游玩，玩家还可以自主切换第一人称视觉或第三人称视觉来操控角色，还能创作自身角色的外观造型等。
