《Dragon Quest X 觉醒的五种族》原先是一款大型多人线上游戏，也是勇者斗恶龙系列中第十部本传作品，游戏中保留系列前作传统角色扮演游戏要素时，还加入一些网络游戏要素。玩家可以在开放世界中与敌人进行战斗或者选择逃跑。当然的，作为网游，玩家还可以邀请四名成员一起组队，完成随机任务。
