早在去年，国外玩家 CephRend 因为《Monster Hunter Rise》中有把名叫「折纸斩击斧」的武器说明栏写着「传说收集 1000 把的时候便能实现心中愿望」，便开始了他的爆肝旅途，耗费约 625 个小时才成功集齐 1000 把折纸斩击斧。可是，当在他集齐之后并没有出现任何“许愿窗口”或者获得额外奖励。而他本人的愿望，就是希望 CAPCOM 可以把《Monster Hunter Frontier》中的咕咕鸭带回游戏。
本以为这个愿望不会实现，结果在最近的《Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak》大型更新，官方居然实现了他的愿望，真的把咕咕鸭重新回归，可以作为猎人房间的装饰，CephRend 也对此非常感动。
