Created by Hazano Kazutake, Japanese romantic manga series Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence’s TV anime adaptation will delay its premiere until July 2023.

Initially set to be released in April 2023, the anime’s production was hindered by COVID-19, thus forcing the production studio Doga Kobo to delay the anime’s launch for three months.

Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence was initially released by Hazano Kazutake on Pixiv, which was then serialized in Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine R in 2017. It depicts the romantic comedy between the cute but lax Saint Cecilia and the serious but gentle pastor Lawrence. As the Saint’s feelings for the dense pastor develop past friendship, how will he respond?
