《Yu-Gi-Oh!Rush Duel：Saikyou Battle Royale!!》游戏玩法规则以及游戏故事背景都改编自动画《Yu-Gi-Oh!Sevens》，玩家在游戏中可以进行“连续召唤”和“大量抽卡”来进行比试，从中体验快节奏的“决斗”乐趣，本作还将讲述原创故事剧情。
