Capcom, which achieved great success this year with the release of Resident Evil 4 Remake, has recently announced the establishment of a new studio called Capcom Creative Studio in Osaka, Japan. It is one of the largest motion capture facilities in Japan, comprising two studios dedicated to motion capture. According to the official introduction, the studio is equipped with 150 cameras, including ultra-high-resolution cameras, and is capable of capturing the movements of up to 10 actors simultaneously.
In addition, by combining with Capcom's proprietary RE ENGINE game development environment, the studio is expected to maximize the expression of creativity by developers. Moreover, with the establishment of this new facility, Capcom now has three motion capture studios, which can improve the company's efficiency in developing future games and presenting more high-quality and original content.
