本作为系列《Full Kiss》和《Full Kiss S》的合集，前者于 2017 年 3 月就已在日本首次推出 PC 版，随后在 2019 年 3 月份推出 Playstation 4 / Playstation Vita 版。而后者于 2020 年 1 月推出 PC 版，至今还未登陆家用平台主机。
