《Grand Theft Auto》开发商母公司 Take-Two 在本周公布的投资报告中确认，目前他们正在开发三款尚未公布的重制游戏，而这些项目与即将推出的次世代《Grand Theft Auto 5》、《Kerbal Space Program》、独立版《Grand Theft Auto Online》并列在一起。实际上，Take-Two 之前就公开谈论过制作重制版游戏的意图，表示重制一直都是公司战略的一部分，但他们的做法并不是单纯的移植游戏，而是花时间以及通过全新的技术来制作。
此外，在今年 2 月份的 Take-Two 财报电话会议上，就被问及重新制作旧版《Grand Theft Auto》系列作品的机会时，T-2 的总裁 Strauss Zelnick 回答说“这是一个伟大而令人鼓舞的问题，但我更倾向于把它作为声明而不是问题，我们发布时间表的任何更新都将来自于 Rockstar Games”。目前 Take-Two 旗下有着非常多款著名的游戏作品，大家期待是哪三款游戏重制呢？
