《Re:Lief ~献给亲爱的你~》故事讲述由 Re:Lief 公司举办的「TrymenT计划」，是一个通过模拟再就学以帮助青少年再就业的计划，参与者会被送到太平洋的某个孤岛「御云岛」上进行为期一年的学院生活，期间电话和网络都无法使用。出于不同的原因，许多人都参加这项计划，并在就学期间获得成长。
