Rumors regarding the live-action adaptation of Masashi Kishimoto's shonen manga series, Naruto, have been circulating for some time, prompting skepticism among fans. However, recent developments have confirmed the news.
As for the live-action film's production, Lions Gate Entertainment has been invited to oversee the project. Tasha Huo, recognized for her contributions to the Netflix series The Witcher: Blood Origin, has been appointed to craft the screenplay for the live-action adaptation.
During an interview, Tasha Huo conveyed her enthusiasm, stating, "I’m so inspired by these characters already that it’s exciting to just take a part of their journey and try to tell that fun story in a way that would appeal to me as a fan."
