这部剧集改编自 2013 年推出的同名游戏《The Last of Us》，由克雷格·麦辛、尼尔·德鲁克曼联手创作，以初代游戏作品剧情为基础，并且填充和扩展更多情节，增加原作中没有出现的事件。
