The Pokémon Company's sleep tracking app Pokemon Sleep is now officially available for iOS & Android. As previously announced, the idea behind the app is to make people "look forward to waking up in the morning". Taking place on a small island, it allows players to meet the great big Snorlax and Professor Neroli who studies Pokémon sleep.

The gameplay is pretty simple, as you only need to get a good night's sleep and leave your mobile phone by your side when you go to bed. Your sleep will be measured, recorded, and analyzed. According to the player's sleep type during the previous night, Pokémons of the same sleep type will gather around Snorlax. It seems to be a casual game for players to collect Pokémon and observe their sleeping patterns.
