Following the appearance of several iconic characters, Bandai Namco has recently released a new character trailer for Tekken 8, featuring the ever-present fighter Paul Phoenix with a new hairstyle. According to the producer's interview, the new hairstyle and appearance are intended to give players a fresh feeling, but they could still opt switch back to Paul's iconic high hair through the customization options.

Tekken 8 will retain the series’ unique fighting game mechanics, while presenting next-generation visuals and a heavy-hitting combat experience. As one of the most anticipated upcoming fighting game, there will also be new gameplay mechanics introduced in the upcoming game.
