The 2D action visual novel game Debug Girl, published by Wakuwaku Games and developed by Chicken, has made its debut on the Steam storefront. The game is scheduled to launch for both Steam and Nintendo Switch in the spring of 2024, but please note that the game currently only supports Japanese language.
Debug Girl is a story about you, who meets your former classmate, Kurumi Sakura, in a game store during summer vacation. You both discover a shared interest in making games, so you decide to work together on a new game project. Kurumi becomes the tester, and together, you work to fix various issues ("debugging") to make the game better. The story focuses on whether the game will be successful and how your relationship with Kurumi develops.
