在近些年，网易公司陆续的在海外成立游戏工作室，包括日本、美国，而近日官方再度宣布于美国成立全新工作室，名为 Jar of Sparks，由多位资深制作人组成团队，而前《Halo Infinite》设计主管 Jerry Hook 将担任首席执行官，同时前《Batman: Arkham Origins》首席叙事总监 Paul Crocker、前《DOOM》制作人 Greg Stone 以及 多款 3A 游戏的动画总监和设计总监 Steve Dyck 也会加入其中。
根据官方上的介绍所述，Jar of Sparks 工作室的使命是创造新一代叙事驱动的动作游戏，首席執行官 Jerry Hook 表示：“我们已经为大型的游戏公司制作了多款作品，现在是时候尝试将自己的个人想法创造出来，这很有趣。”
