Recently, the piracy incident of Nintendo's flagship game The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has caused a great uproar. The Chinese Epic Games Store have also talked about the incident in its recent video, explaining the main reason for the leak and advising players not to engage in piracy or spread leaked content, as it will ultimately affect developers as well as players waiting patiently for the official release.

The video also cheekily promoted the store's free games, saying that: "If you find The Legend of Zelda too expensive, why not try out Genshin Impact? Everyone knows Genshin is a free game anyways."
