Developer and publisher LEVEL-5 has pushed back the release of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road from its initially scheduled 2023 launch to 2024 across the globe, available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android platforms. To provide a preview, a worldwide beta test demo for Switch is set to launch in March 2024.
The story of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road follows the protagonist, Unmei Sasanami, as he meets the football monster Haru Endo, and their encounter sets off a new legend, reigniting Sasano's passion for football and striving to revive the neglected football club. The game will offer a chronicle mode, featuring over 4,500 characters from past games, forming dream teams to battle players from around the world. Produced by MAPPA, the game features more hours of cutscenes and animations than ever.
