本作故事描述春人与仙石一缕，宇川千寻等第一批幻影扳机的成员们一起去给春人的师傅苍井扫碧墓。 碧。在当年，苍井碧人生最后的时刻，究竟发生了什么。附带一提，目前《灰色：幻想扳机》系列已经出到第七章，所以未来很有可能登陆 Nintendo Switch 平台。
