就在刚刚，索尼在 Playstation Blog 上宣布原定今年夏季关闭 PS3 & PSV 商店的决定将会收回，官方表示经过进一步的思考讨论后，认为作出了错误的决定，因此 PS3 & PSV 商店将会继续保持正常运作开放，至于 PSP 商店则会按照原定的日期 7 月 2 日停用。
目前官方已经找到可以继续运用 PS3 & PSV 的解决方案，并且非常高兴可以继续保留这段历史，供玩家们继续游玩，同时也会继续为 PS4 & PS5 和新一代 PSVR 创建前沿的游戏世界。
