万代南梦宫旗下动作 RPG 新作《Scarlet Nexus》于今日释出游戏开场动画让玩家观赏，本作预定将在 2021 年 6 月 24 日正式发售，登陆 Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox Series X / Xbox One 平台，随后会在 6 月 25 日登陆 Steam 平台，并支援中文字幕。此外，官方曾表示《Scarlet Nexus》还会推出动画化的消息，由 Sunrise 动画制作公司负责，预定作为夏季新番推出。
《Scarlet Nexus》设定在近未来世界，透过结合大脑和科学的技术革新，人类建立了新的文明。同时，异形般的存在－「怪异」也追求着发达的人脑，长久以来不断威胁着人们的生活。为了对抗这群无法被普通兵器伤害的怪异，人类集结了能够发挥特殊超能力的人选，组成「怪异讨伐军」来保护人们的生活。
