Capcom 于前阵子举办的“Tokyo Game Show 2021”直播会面上正式公布对应 Steam 平台的《Monster Hunter Rise》发售日预定将在 2022 年 1 月 13 日发售后，许多抢先在 Switch 平台上游玩的玩家纷纷期待能将自己的存档数据移植至 PC 平台，又或者能与两个平台的好友进行跨平台联机。
针对这点，《Monster Hunter》官方今日在推特上正式表示很遗憾的《Monster Hunter Rise》开发团队在开发过程中进行研究后，确认游戏无法实装跨平台联机与存档互通，所以想从 Nintendo Switch 平台转战至 PC 平台上的玩家要重新肝才行。
