The famous horror game series Outlast, developed by Red Barrels, has announced an upcoming game titled Outlast Trials, which is set to be released on PC Steam & Epic Games Store in Early Access on May 18, 2023.

Outlast Trials is set during the peak of the Cold War era, where players will assume the role of test subjects kidnapped by the Murkoff Corporation and imprisoned in a secret Murkoff facility. They will face a series of mental and physical tortures, and can either play alone or cooperate with friends to try to survive and maintain their sanity.
