This year, besides the exciting playable demo event set for August 20 in Hangzhou, China, there's confirmed news that a fresh trailer will be unveiled during Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 23 at 2 AM (GMT+8). There are even rumors hinting at the possibility of an offline demo being playable at the Cologne exhibition.

Black Myth: Wukong is an action-adventure RPG set in the backdrop of the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West. In the game, players will take on the role of the Monkey King Wukong, embarking on a series of explorations, battling various formidable enemies and monsters, and venturing forward into unknown territories.

By the way, according to the official announcement earlier this year, the game is scheduled for an official release in the summer of 2024.
