《蜡笔小新 我与博士的暑假 无尽的七日之旅》是一款休闲模拟游戏，故事描述小新来到九州过暑假，期间与一名怪里怪气的博士相遇，并在小镇中认识新的朋友。本作同样是由《我的暑假》系列监督负责开发，所以严格上可以说是精神续作。在游戏里，玩家可以享受着钓鱼、摄影、绘画日记、抓虫、种菜等等有趣的乡下体验，还能让小新替镇民作为跑腿来赚些零用钱。
