日前，日本 exA-Arcadia 宣布他们将推出一款获得《东方 Project》正式授权的首款街机游戏《东方电幻景》的消息，而近日官方也在自家推特上释出本作的相关情报。同时，本作也将在 10 月 24 日举办的「第八回博丽神社秋季例大祭」活动会场中展出。
据了解，本作是二创弹幕游戏《东方幕华祭 春雪篇》的移植版，故事舞台以刚转入春天不到一个月的幻想乡作为舞台，虽然是春天的到来，但幻想乡却因为异变的关系造成暴风雪不断袭击，妖怪们也因此而开始暴动骚乱。为了调查这场异变背后的原因，博丽灵梦、雾雨魔理沙、东风谷早苗与魂魄妖梦等人决定展开行动。
