Square Enix recently announced that the global sales of its FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster games have exceeded 2 million copies, including versions for iOS, Android, PC, and the recently released PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions.

The FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster series includes 2D remastered versions of the first six games in the series, from FINAL FANTASY to FINAL FANTASY VI. It also features remastered music and various new features, such as the bestiary, music player, illustration gallery, auto-battle function, and the option to save anytime, anywhere. Additionally, the PS4 & Nintendo Switch versions released last month also include exclusive functions such as BGM switching, turning off random encounters, and adjustment of EXP gain to offer players a more faithful experience to the original game, as well as more diverse gameplay options.
