Atelier Marie Remake: Alchemist of Salburg was revealed by Koei Tecmo on the recent Nintendo Direct.
The game will be available starting from July 13 for Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Switch / PC.
Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg is a slow-life RPG released back in May 23, 1997. Players take on the role of Marie, a failing student at the Royal Academy of Magic. She is given an atelier by her professor for a special graduation exam, where she must complete an item in order to impress her professor and successfully graduate.
To achieve that, Marie has to improve her alchemy skills by collecting ingredients, earning money to buy recipes and utensils, while also undertaking taking quests and battles. It is up to the players to choose where to start from, but make sure to enjoy the adventures along the way!
Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg will have improved graphics quality through recreated characters, refurbished 3D models, and additional 2D visuals. In addition to retaining the basic gameplay of the original game, the game also features improved UI, expanded tutorials, remaked & additional BGM, enhanced performance, optimized controls, more fluid battles, synthesis, and animations, etc.
