近日根据外媒 IGN 报道所述，从明年（2023）起，微软为旗下 Xbox Series X/S 所打造的全新第一方游戏，都将从 60 美元涨价至 70 美元，包括《Forza Motorsport》、《Redfall》以及《Starfield》。此外，微软发言人对此表示，这个价格反应了这些游戏的内容、规模和技术复杂性，但与 Xbox 团队开发的所有游戏一样，它们依然会在首发当天加入 Game Pass 阵容。
实际上，游戏价格调涨已经不算什么新鲜事，此前索尼、T2、动视以及其他公司都早就将次世代作品或者特定作品定价成 70 美元。顺带一提，Xbox 负责人 Phil Spencer 在 10 月份时也曾暗示主机、游戏、服务都有“可能”涨价，但至少不会在今年内发生。
