《Horizon Forbidden West》故事设定在《Horizon Zero Dawn》事件发生之后的六个月，讲述着主角 Aloy 前往西部调查神秘又致命的疾病，在这些未知的土地上，她将会遇到陌生的全新部落，同时也会面对更危险的机械生物以及其他部落的敌人。因此，她必须与老朋友和新伙伴们共同合作，一起面对这个危险的疆界，寻找出拯救生命的答案，解开这土地背后的秘密。本作预定将于 2 月 18 日正式发售，登陆 Playstation 4 & 5 平台。
