根据此前官方释出的情报来看，《小林家的龙女仆 炸裂!!天真龙☆吐息》是一款主打“飞行、射击、战斗”元素的超爽快卷轴射击游戏，故事描述小林等人拜访泷谷家时被吸入电脑中，为了逃离现状，托尔、康娜、艾尔玛三人必须齐心协力消灭敌人才行。玩家可以选择以上三名角色来攻略关卡，每个角色攻击距离、吐息能力等均为不同，有趣的是玩家受到伤害到一定程度会进入“逆龄”状态，不仅能提升角色的数值，还会出现“爆衣”效果。
